"SOOOO much fun! My Bridesmaids had organised a Pole Dancing Lesson as part of my Hens night! Not only was it fun - but FUNNY! Everyone involved had a great time and we were welcomed with Champange for each guest! They supplied a few games for us too so that was a lot of fun!!!! At the end of the night the trainer/teacher then showed us a performance and it was MIND BLOWING!!! It has made MANY of us not only want to join up and learn how to Pole Dance but Myself and Bestfriend already have :)"- Melany B
"How much fun! Drinks, games & some raunchy pole routines learnt! Something for everyone, even my pregnant friends managed to laugh & wiggle their baby bellies around the pole!!" -Cassandra T
"Pole is the highlight of my week!"- Anonymous
"I've lost 15cm around my waist!"- Anonymous
"I am a 34 year old, professional, working mother of 4 school age children. A few months ago, I enrolled to do a term of pole fitness. I decided to try it, as I wanted to increase my muscle tone and general fitness, and it had been recommended to me. Once I tried it, I was hooked. It is so much fun, and has been so good for me. In the past 3 months, I have lost 3kg, and 7cm around my waist. I have also had a significant decrease in my overall percentage of body fat. I feel stronger and fitter, and have had so much fun in the process. Kristy is encouraging, but pushes you to do your best. The studio is great, and the environment is welcoming. I recommend it to everyone. It is the most fun you will have while exercising!"- Anonymous
" I'm 45 years old and have always had trouble finding exercise that I actually enjoy. I've always taken an interest in pole dancing because of a friend who had tried it, but I was worried about my 'wobbly bits'. Now that I've been doing pole dancing I love it! There is always something new to learn and it's always a challege. It has never been boring and I feel it has had a very positive impact on my health.
Because of pole dancing I have given up smoking and coffee. It has also helped me with my neck and shoulder problems.
Pole dancing always comes with lots of laughter and lots of fun and the teachers have been fantastic the whole way through" - Anonymous |
![]() "I have had a back injury (requiring surgery), and as a result my exercise options are very limited. (My previous preferred sports were running, athletics and dancing). I began 'pole' cautiously. I wear a brace and don't do anything high impact. I find it fantastic to be able to participate in a sport again- especially one that involved music. I'm now enjoying my 3rd term of pole. My strength is improving and my physical therapist has commented on an improvement in my muscle tone".- Anonymous
"Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that I would start doing pole dancing, become addicted to it and lose weight. It's the one thing I cannot wait for to come around each week because it is fun, interesting, different and is always challenging (in a good way). I am constantly challenging myself with the different tricks and spins we learn each week and at the end of every class you always feel as if you have accomplished something. I have lost 4 kilograms from pole dancing and my strength has improved by so much... I cannot wait to see what else is in store for the following terms to come".- Anonymous
