A fitness class for new mums... and their bubs!!!

This class is specifically designed for new mums. Babies are welcome and there is even space to park your pram so you can see your little one at all times, while you steal an hour for yourself once a week. Feeding and nappy changes are welcome! "After having my baby just 3 months ago, I can see how a lot of mums really struggle to find time to go to fitness classes, when they need to organise care and feeds for the time that they're gone... as well as not really wanting to part with your little bundle. And that's what promted us to start this class" -owner Kristy Sellars.

An hour session that gives you the freedom to look after your little one if need be, and enjoy a fun fitness class as well as meeting some other mums!

Courses start March 5th on MumDays (Mondays) at noon.
